The Whitevale Spring Festival has been held every May since 1972. It is open from noon ‘till dusk, free to both residents and visitors alike. Check out the details from the 2010 festival at this link:

The festival will take place in the heart of Whitevale, (See Map) which is on Whitevale Road, east of Altona Road. There will be signs for certain attractions, but ask anybody around for directions. AfterGlow will be performing from 2pm to 3pm.
